Ingredients
- 8 oz wide rice noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast or pork, sliced thinly
- 2 cups Chinese broccoli, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (light or dark)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp white pepper (optional)
- 1 egg (optional, for added richness)
Instructions
