Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken or pork broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked sliced pork or chicken
  • 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
